Community Members will continue to receive updates and information about other Budfest forums and gatherings.


VIP community members will receive additional access to elite benefits at all Budfest Community events annually.


Summer Kick-off festival rules and the legal stuff...

  • Member RSVP's must be 21 and show valid id matching their membership registration at the gate, no exceptions. Your id is your proof of membership registration.
  • no soliciting, alcohol, dogs, illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, camping or coolers.  *sealed bottled water and legal-limit personal use cannabis products are allowed

Volunteer at BudFest Eugene

  • Volunteers must be 21 years of age with valid I.D.
  • Volunteers represent BudFest and must act with integrity at all times. Being intoxicated while on duty is not acceptable.
  • Volunteers  for set up shifts the day prior to the BudFest Eugene 2018: Summer Kick-Off event will be given a free membership. Volunteers working 4  hour shifts on the day of the event will receive a working pass for the  single event only.
  • Working passes will be distributed to volunteers at the beginning of the shift and can be revoked at any time  for violation of any event rules.
  • Volunteers are subject to the  same guidelines as members. Selling of cannabis is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is NOT allowed in the event grounds. 
  • Applications will be reviewed and the volunteer coordinator will contact chosen staff members to schedule shifts by June 1st.
